Pictures, finally!

Sissy's here to see me!

No more nasty breathing tube in my mouth!

Big sis having fun on the play ground!

Look at me sitting up! Sooo big!

Cuddling with Mommy for the first time!

Sorry it took so long to get the pictures uploaded. As you can see, I was enjoying some cuddling with my baby girl! What a strong little one she is! Jacqueline, her nurse tonight, said that there's a good chance that she'll move out to the floor tomorrow. She said that she probably wouldn't need to go to moderate care - yea!! Such a complete different course than we've been through in the past! She has wanted to sit up since they extubated her this morning, & the first thing she did tonight when I got back after sending Gabby, Daddy, Mawmaw & Uncle Bob off was put those arms out for me to pick her up. So when Jacqueline said that I could hold her...well lets just say that the flood gate opened with happy tears! She's doing so well I almost can't believe it! Thank you for all of your continued prayers! As you can see by these pictures, prayer really does work!

She looks WONDERFUL!

I could imagine all the happy tears going on...I'm tearing just from seeing her pics. Thank you SO much for posting them. I can't get over how great she looks. I'm so glad Gabby got to come see sis. I'm sure she misses her like crazy. It just amazes me that she was ready to sit up. Ouch!! If it was me I would lay in bed for weeks.

I'm so glad this experience has been better than last. You should be out of there in a few days.

Enjoy all the snuggle time!

Oh my goodness! What a totally amazing little girl you have! She is so strong! She looks absolutely wonderful in the pics. I'm so happy that you got to hold her. Isn't that just the best feeling?

If you're on the way to the peds floor, then you're pretty much out the door! WOooohhoooo!!

Oh Tina,

Nevaeh just looks so precious! I love the picture of you and her together, and that look on Vaeh's face like she's so happy and relaxed to be back in her mommy's arms.

I am thrilled to hear that she's extubated and doing well! God is so good! And look at her, sitting up already....amazing!

I'm glad that Gabby had a nice time visiting her little sister. She's just adorable, too!!! I hope it won't be too much longer before you're all home together again.

I'm keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers! Kiss that little sweetheart for us!

Lots of Love & Prayers,

Wendy (& Emma, too!)

So sorry that I haven't been on to check Nevaeh's progress. She looks sooooo good! Sounds like she is doing well. Colin had mysterious temps for weeks after surgery. Hopefully, she's been moved onto the floor already. Will check back tomorrow!!
